Highlights of Our Work
Work focused on addressing the skilled labor shortage and improving talent management in the solar industry with BSW – The German Solar Association
We work closely with BSW – the German Solar Association on shaping international recruitment pipelines for the German solar industry.
Our contributions include:
Defining competency profiles for solar industry roles in Germany and aligning them with employer expectations
Translating these profiles into clear messaging to guide international candidates
Integrating this framework into targeted recruitment campaigns
Current Programs
We are currently supporting two international talent programs in partnership with BSW:
India Program (with NFESI) – Helping identify and prepare Indian talent for the German solar job market
Jordan Program (with GEA – German Energy Academy) – In collaboration with GEA, we are facilitating talent pathways between Jordan and German clean energy companies
In both programs, OppCourt is responsible for defining and facilitating the full matching process — ensuring alignment between candidate capabilities and the real needs of German employers.
