Why We Are Building This Expert Network
OppCourt supports international students and graduates in Germany who are seeking voluntary or mandatory internships (Pflichtpraktika), typically lasting 3–6 months, as well as early-career opportunities.
Through our work with students from engineering, renewable energy, sustainability, business, and related fields, we have seen that many talented candidates struggle to access professional networks, understand the German job market, and connect with potential employers. The challenge can become even more urgent for students whose residence status depends on securing an internship, practical placement, or employment opportunity within a limited timeframe.
Our Purpose
Securing placements is our primary objective; all other support services are designed to increase the likelihood of achieving this outcome.
With this in mind, OppCourt is building a trusted network of professionals, mentors, recruiters, and industry experts who can contribute their knowledge, services, employer connections, and industry networks.
